Role & responsibilities
Manage standard costing, cost roll-ups, product costing, and cost sheet maintenance.
Review and validate BOMs, routings, and costing master data.
Perform cost variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations for cost optimization.
Lead monthly inventory valuation, reconciliations, inventory provisioning, and inventory analytics.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Execute and govern SAP CO, Product Costing (PC), and Material Ledger (ML) month-end closing activities.
Ensure reconciliation between FI, CO, MM, and Material Ledger modules.
Support statutory audits, internal audits, cost audits, and compliance requirements.
Develop Inventory & cost reports & dashboards, and MIS for leadership reviews.
Lead automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives across plants.
Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to improve processes.
