Front-End Lead

We are looking for a solid Front-End Lead who can own the technical architecture and engineering quality of our customer-facing web applications.

Experience: 6–8 years

Key expectations:

 Lead front-end architecture, development standards, and technical design.

 Solid hands-on experience with up-to-date JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks,

preferably React and Next.js.

 Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.

 Own areas such as Core Web Vitals, page performance, SEO-friendly implementation, accessibility, and browser compatibility.

 Define reusable components and front-end engineering standards.

 Perform code reviews and mentor other front-end developers.

 Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.

 Ability to remain hands-on while also providing technical leadership.
