Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation frameworks and automation-first approaches. The role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions, ensuring high-quality software delivery in complex, fast-paced environments.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
Apply automation-first BDD (Gherkin) techniques to define and execute test scenarios.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.
Evaluate and recommend current automation tools, frameworks, and practices to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with established quality standards, security practices, and governance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:



7+ years in quality assurance and test automation, including hands-on coding of test scripts.
Core Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and automation-first BDD (Gherkin) techniques.
Preferred Tools Experience: Selenium, Functionize, Testim, AccelQ.
Experience with AI/GenAI tools and frameworks for test automation (preferred).
Robust knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Solid understanding of methodologies and tools such as XP, Lean, Protected, DevSecOps, Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub, SonarQube, etc.
Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams delivering high-quality products rapidly.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to advanced AI-driven test automation solutions.
Experience in complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to quality improvements.
