Job Title - Molder Operators Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor molding machines as per production requirements.
Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time as instructed.
Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper material feeding.
Monitor the molding process and maintain product quality.
Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and quality standards.
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
Identify machine abnormalities and report technical issues to the supervisor.
Follow production targets, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
Maintain production records and ensure workplace cleanliness.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to minimize rejection and wastage.





Required Skills
Basic knowledge of molding machine operations.
Understanding of production processes and quality inspection.
Ability to identify product defects and troubleshoot basic issues.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Qualification
10th / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma preferred.
