bout Us

Meadbery is a 7-year-old Ayurvedic health supplement brand, selling through our own website and Amazon India. We are growing fast, launching new products, and need a creative designer who can make our brand look as good as our products work.

What You’ll Do
Design scroll-stopping social media posts, carousels, and stories for Instagram and Facebook
Create static and video ad creatives for Meta ads, working with our performance marketing team
Design product labels, packaging, and box artwork, and prepare print-ready files for vendors
Design Amazon listing images, A+ content, and infographics
Create UI/UX designs for our website, landing pages, and product pages (Shopify)
Maintain consistent brand identity across every touchpoint
Turn around multiple creative variations quickly, based on ad performance data
Edit short videos and motion graphics for reels and ads (a bonus)

What We’re Looking For
2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a D2C, FMCG, health, or e-commerce brand
Solid command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (Canva is fine for quick work, but not enough alone)

Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing print-ready labels and packaging, including dielines and color modes
Understanding of what makes an ad creative convert, not just look valuable
Ability to work quick, take feedback well, and meet deadlines
A portfolio showing social, ad, and packaging work (mandatory)

Good to Have
Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
Familiarity with Shopify and landing page design
Basic AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.)
Knowledge of Ayurveda or wellness category design

What We Offer
Direct work with the founder, with real creative ownership
A growing brand with current product launches coming up
Performance-based growth and learning opportunities
Stable, on-time salary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
