Design &
Development
Lead end-to-end mechanical design of products such as:
Solar inverter housings
Power electronics cabinets
Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA).
Ensure design compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Engineering Analysis
Perform thermal, structural, and vibration analysis to ensure product reliability.
Optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
Conduct tolerance stack-up and life-cycle analysis.

Prototyping &
Testing
Collaborate with prototyping teams to build and validate design concepts.
Review test reports and implement design improvements.
Support reliability testing and certification processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with electrical, electronics, and manufacturing teams.
Interface with vendors and suppliers for component development.
Support sourcing and cost optimization initiatives.

Project Management
Lead design projects and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare design documentation, BOMs, and engineering reports.
Mentor junior engineers and review their designs.
