US IT Candidate Lead Generation Expert

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Expert with 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment / Candidate Sourcing.

Key Requirements
Strong experience in US IT candidate lead generation and talent sourcing.
Identify and generate leads from IT professionals actively looking for jobs in the US.
Identify international students, recent graduates, and experienced IT professionals who are actively seeking employment prospects.
Generate candidate leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, social media, online communities, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Apollo, etc.
Build and maintain accurate candidate databases with name, location, technical skills, experience, contact details, availability, and job preferences.
Conduct initial candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.




Qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and job requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups and build a robust pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Coordinate closely with the Recruitment and Business Development teams to provide relevant candidate profiles for open requirements.
Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers, MIS reports, and CRM/ATS records.
Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
