About The Role

We are looking for a hands on Finance &
Accounts Manager to manage accounting, compliance, reporting and financial controls across The Seksaria Group and its sister concerns.

What You’ll Do
Manage end to end accounting and monthly book closure
Handle financial reporting, MIS, budgeting and variance analysis
Manage GST, TDS, TCS and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and internal stakeholders
Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, reconciliations and cash flow
Manage intercompany accounting and transactions across Group entities
Strengthen financial controls, processes and accounting systems
Support Management with financial analysis and business insights

What We’re Looking For
6 to 9 years of relevant Finance &
Accounts experience
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit and financial reporting




Experience managing multiple companies or Group entities preferred
Robust Excel and MIS reporting skills
Good understanding of GST, TDS, TCS and Income Tax
Solid ownership, attention to detail and problem solving ability
M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred

Added Advantage Hands on experience with ERPNext, especially Finance &
Accounting modules, multi company accounting, GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, fixed assets and financial reporting, will be a strong advantage.
