Role & responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients across domestic and international markets, particularly Africa and other global regions.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, job portals, company websites, business directories, and other online platforms.
Identify key decision-makers, including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, CEOs, Founders, and Business Heads.
Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate business opportunities.
Schedule introductory meetings and discovery calls with prospective clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and identify opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, contacts,



and follow-up activities.
Follow up with prospects regularly to convert leads into qualified business prospects.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Maintain lead generation reports, outreach records, and pipeline updates.

Preferred candidate profile
Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, HR consulting, or B2B services will be an advantage.
Experience generating leads for international markets will be preferred.
