Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/Indian GAAP.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives.
Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings).
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
Drive cost optimization initiatives and monitor working capital efficiency.
Support financial planning for projects, including CAPEX and OPEX analysis.
Mentor and lead the finance team for process improvements and automation.
