Salary: upto 35 K p.m. CTC

Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day plant operations to ensure smooth and productive production.
Monitor chemical manufacturing processes, production targets, and product quality standards.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of raw materials and finished chemical products.
Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and statutory requirements.
Supervise plant operators, technicians, and production staff.
Monitor plant machinery, equipment, utilities, and preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain production records, inventory, material consumption, and daily operational reports.




Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase departments.
Identify process improvements to reduce wastage, downtime, and production costs.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, PPE requirements, and emergency response procedures.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of chemical plant operations and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of industrial safety, chemical handling, and environmental compliance.
Leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable planning, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage production targets and resolve operational issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing plants, production planning, plant supervision, safety management, and process control will be preferred.
