Key Responsibilities

● Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

● Conduct workshops and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).

● Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

● Provide functional expertise in the Finance and Manufacturing modules, including

General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Bill of Materials (BOM),

Routings, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Costing.

● Support Supply Chain processes (Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse) as they relate to Finance and Manufacturing.

● Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.

● Work closely with technical teams on customizations and enhancements.

● Support third-party integrations with Dynamics 365 Business Central.





● Assist in upgrade and migration projects from Dynamics NAV to Business Central.

● Support system testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.

● Monitor and update project tasks in JIRA.

● Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for end users.

● Communicate effectively with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
