Purpose/Objective

• Manage and lead MEP Contractors throughout duration of the project

Key Responsibilities of Role
Manage and lead MEP Contractors throughout duration of the project - Monitor and control execution tasks performed by contractors to meet defined timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with various teams to implement electrical systems and ensure alignment with project schedules.
Ensure adherence to IPC standards and statutory compliance for electrical installations.
Conduct quality checks of electrical materials and verify contract bills to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Involve in arranging materials and planning of manpower to finish the work in the given time frame.




Coordinate with the Engineering and Design teams to provide site inputs for electrical drawings and project requirements.
Attend project, site progress, and any MEP services-related technical meetings as directed by the project manager - Ensure successful commissioning and handover of electrical systems to the client, addressing any issues that arise during the process.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience
BE / B.

Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
