Job Profile: Emertxe is looking for a hands-on professional to build and strengthen relationships with universities, engineering colleges, academic stakeholders and student communities across the assigned region.

This is an execution-oriented role for someone who can personally drive outreach, build relationships, present Emertxe’s capabilities, create institutional engagements and generate qualified student opportunities with measurable outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Build relationships with Principals, Deans, HoDs, TPOs, Placement and Corporate Relations teams
Identify and develop current institutional opportunities through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach in-person
Plan and execute seminars, workshops, internships, webinars, masterclasses and other student engagement initiatives
Generate qualified student leads and support their progression through the funnel
Develop opportunities for certification programs, MoUs, Centres of Excellence, multi-semester deep-tech programs and CSR-led skilling initiatives
Present Emertxe’s deep-tech capabilities and Industry alliances credibly to academic leaders, faculty and students
Clearly articulate industry expectations, emerging job roles,



required technical skills and employability outcomes
Introduce Emertxe’s early-start programs, enabling students to become industry-ready and deployable by final year — or as early as the 5th semester
Maintain a solid institutional pipeline, ensure disciplined follow-up and track outcomes through CRM

Experience and Background:
5–10 years of experience in institutional sales, university relations, EdTech, higher education, training/skilling, B2B business development or student outreach
Robust communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
High ownership, execution and follow-up orientation
Comfortable engaging both senior academic stakeholders and student audiences
Ability to quickly understand and communicate Emertxe’s deep-tech programs and their industry relevance
Target-driven and comfortable working with measurable KPIs

This is a hands-on individual contributor role . We are looking for someone who can independently create opportunities, build relationships and drive them toward outcomes. Preferred backgrounds: EdTech, Higher Education, Institutional Sales, University Relations, Training, Skilling or B2B Business Development.
