. Banking IT Experience:
0810 years of relevant experience in banking IT, information security, or IT audit.
RBI Audit Experience:
Hands-on experience with multiple RBI IT/cybersecurity audits, including remediation and closure of findings.
Cyber security Knowledge:
Robust understanding of security controls, vulnerability management, monitoring and incident response.
IT Systems Knowledge:
Valuable understanding of CBS, digital banking, payment systems, and IT infrastructure.
IT Compliance & Coordination:
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into specific evidence and actions, supporting the CISO in coordination with Head Office and local teams.
