We are seeking a agile, energetic, and smart HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people management and comfortable working in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) Maintain employee records and HR documentation Handle employee engagement activities Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking Address employee queries and provide HR support Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures Required Qualifications amp;

Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of HR experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, smart, and detail-oriented Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced setting Preferred Candidate: Young and enthusiastic individual Quick learner with a positive attitude Comfortable working in night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
