Responsibilities:
Finalization of 3D model & concept drawing based on customer requirement
Part drawing &
Process drawing preparation compliance to Design for Manufacturing &
Assembly
Part communication &
Poke-yoke requirement during concept design finalisation.
Part list &
Process Flow chart preparation.
Responsible to provide input data and co-ordinate with external agency for design simulation
Responsible to review the customer input & prepare review documents' for Recent design &
Design change.
Responsible to review the past failure and pros and cons of existing product to address in concept design.
VAVE status monitoring and design support.

Mandatory skills:
Experience in CREO design software for 3D model Assembly &
Detailing




Experience in AutoCAD design software for 2D drawing preparation
Knowledge in Press component, Plastic part &
Aluminium Die casting design
Knowledge in various international standards for product design Knowledge in product development process compliance to TS-16949
Product cost estimation Knowledge in GD&T; method
Preparation & review of design & development document (like, FMEA, DFM)
Knowledge in Stack-up tolerance calculation and analysis

Other Skill:
Prior Experience in Product design and drafting
Understanding of Process engineering for manufacturing
Understanding of Raw material usage in Product design / Tool design Written and Oral communication skills
