We are looking for a Lead QA with 10+ years of experience in software testing, solid expertise in Retail and Commercial Banking, and hands-on experience in API and Database Testing.

Experience with FIS Core Banking is required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and release validation.
Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
Perform and oversee functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
Lead API testing covering service validation, request/response, error handling, and integration flows.
Perform database testing using SQL, including data validation, data integrity, and reconciliation.
Validate banking workflows and integrations leveraging knowledge of FIS Core Banking.
Exposure to test automation and CI/CD.
Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams.




Manage defect triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and resolution with development teams.
Provide QA status, risks, and quality metrics to project and business stakeholders.
Mentor QA team members and drive adherence to QA standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of QA/testing experience, including experience in a Lead QA role.
Strong domain knowledge of Retail and Commercial Banking.
Hands-on experience with API Testing and Database Testing/SQL.
Experience with FIS Core Banking.
Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect lifecycle.
Experience with tools such as Postman, Jira/Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Robust analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
