We are seeking an experienced and energetic Manager for our LIB (Lithium-Ion Battery) Sales team specializing in the two-wheeler (2W) and Battery Swapping sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in battery sales, a deep understanding of the two-wheeler market, and expertise in battery swapping technologies.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals in the 2W and battery swapping segments.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the electric vehicle (EV) industry.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify recent business prospects and emerging trends within the LIB and 2W sectors.
Lead, mentor, and manage the LIB sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.




Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and optimize product offerings.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
Stay informed of industry developments, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting battery technologies and electric mobility.
Organize and participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
