Manage NOC operations, staffing, and shift governance.
Oversee incident, problem, and change management execution.
Lead major outage response and restoration activities.
Drive operational excellence, automation, and process improvements.
Monitor operational KPIs and customer experience metrics.
Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Develop team capability and succession planning.
