Required Technical Skills

We are seeking a proactive QA professional to take end-to-end ownership of quality assurance for our Agent platform. This role will drive quality strategy, define evaluation frameworks, and ensure consistent performance across AI-powered voice and chat experiences.
Robust background in QA automation, AI system testing, and quality engineering.
Experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools such as Codex, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, and automated test generation tools.




Ability to work independently and lead quality initiatives in a fast-paced AI product environment.
Design and maintain AI evaluation frameworks (evals), regression test suites, and release validation processes
Test and validate AI systems for response quality, accuracy, bias, hallucinations, and overall user experience across voice and chat modalities
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using Rest Assured, Playwright, and contemporary QA automation tools, including API and end-to-end testing.
