This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain recruitment trackers.
Assist with job postings, candidate shortlisting, and onboarding.
Help build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Employee Engagement
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
Develop initiatives to improve employee experience and workplace culture.
Gather employee feedback and suggest actionable improvements.
Support internal communications and employee recognition initiatives.





HR Operations
Assist with onboarding formalities and employee induction.
Support routine HR coordination and administrative activities.

What We're Looking For
Excellent oral and written English
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership.
