Job Title: Poly Wrap Machine - Operator

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup & Calibration: Adjusting machine settings, heating elements, cutting blades, and guides based on the specific dimensions of the product being wrapped.
Material Loading: Threading polywrap film rolls into the machine feeding mechanisms and ensuring a steady supply of products onto the conveyor belt.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished packages to ensure the seals are tight, the wrap is unwrinkled, and labels or addresses are correctly aligned.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Clearing film jams, performing basic mechanical adjustments, cleaning the machinery, and reporting major malfunctions to maintenance tech teams.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict warehouse safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and utilizing machine guards.

Qualifications & Skills




Education: A high school diploma or vocational/ITI certification in plastic processing, mechanics, or a related field.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift heavy material bags, and work in a warm factory setting.
Mechanical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot machine problems quickly and use basic hand tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
