Operations &
Support
Monitor production systems and respond to alerts under senior SRE guidance.
Assist in incident response, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis.
Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational checklists.

Cloud &
Infrastructure
Support deployment and management of cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Assist in configuring servers, containers,



and networking components.
Participate in backup, disaster recovery, and environment readiness activities.

Automation &
Learning
Write scripts and small automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Learn infrastructure as code practices using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Observability &
Reliability
Help implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
Participate in performance testing and system resilience exercises.
