Legal Advisor

(For HR Department)

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

Monitor changes in labor, industrial, environmental, and commercial laws affecting the textile and garment industry.

Advise management on legal implications of business decisions

Agreements draft, review, negotiate, and vet agreements with various parties

Labour & Industrial Relations, Handle disciplinary proceedings, domestic enquiries, and employee grievances.

Litigation & Dispute Management

Reporting to Management and HR Head

Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.

Experience

8 -10 years of experience in legal advisory, preferably in the garment, textile, manufacturing, or industrial sector.

Solid knowledge of labor laws, commercial contracts, and industrial regulations.

Work Location

Perundurai, Erode

Pay: ₹115,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
