Key Responsibilities
Quality Inspection & Compliance: Conducting stage-wise audits during installation (rail alignment, car frames, doors) and final testing to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Non-Conformance Management: Identifying, tracking, and resolving non-conforming products or installations through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Root Cause Analysis: Investigating, analyzing, and documenting the root cause of performance issues or field failures to prevent recurrence.
Process Improvement: Developing and implementing quality plans, checklists, and standardized procedures to improve manufacturing and installation efficiency.
Supplier Quality Management: Auditing and approving vendor components to ensure raw materials meet technical specifications.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining quality records, manuals, and certifications to support compliance audits
