7–12 years QA / Quality Engineering experience.
Strong hands-on QA metrics and KPI framework experience.
Experience building QA dashboards and executive reporting.
Solid Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel skills.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Jira / Azure DevOps or equivalent reporting experience.
Solid understanding of defect lifecycle, coverage and quality KPIs.
Robust analytical and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Own QA KPI framework, metric definitions, data collection and reporting.




Establish Phase 1 quality baseline and Phase 3 improvement measurement.
Define and track FT Pass Rate, defect density/leakage, coverage, automation, cycle time and release readiness.
Build operational and executive QA dashboards with drill-down/trend analysis.
Analyse quality trends, defect patterns, risks and process bottlenecks.
Correlate QA metrics with release outcomes and business impact.
Automate data collection and reporting wherever practical.
