Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage lead generation, order processing, dispatch, and inventory management at Xxtra Armor.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate B2B leads and maintain prospect databases with timely follow-ups.
Process customer orders and coordinate packing, invoicing, dispatch, and deliveries.
Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, and conduct stock checks.
Prepare operational reports and maintain data using MS Excel.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, and management teams.

Requirements
13 years of experience in operations, order management, or warehouse/e-commerce operations.
Valuable Excel skills, communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable making calls to prospective customers.
Automotive, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer products experience is an advantage.
