About Guru

Guru Hospital (Guru Women's Health Institute) is growing from a fertility hospital into a complete women's health institute for South Tamil Nadu, covering IVF, endoscopic, laparoscopic and robotic gynaecology, and gynaec oncology.

The role

You'll be Guru's face in the medical community, building relationships with gynaecologists, general practitioners, clinics, scan centres and hospitals so they refer patients to us. This is an on-the-ground, in-person role for someone who loves meeting people and building trust.

What you'll do
Build and grow a network of referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes and diagnostic centres
Visit partners regularly, present our IVF, gynaecology, robotic surgery and oncology services, and keep relationships warm
Plan and run health camps, CME sessions and awareness events
Personally help referred patients reach their first consultation smoothly
Track every referral source and patient in the CRM,



and report monthly on referrals and conversions
Support launches of current services such as robotic gynaecology and gynaec oncology
Gather field feedback for management and marketing

What we're looking for
3–6 years in hospital business development, medical representative or healthcare relationship roles
An existing network among doctors in Madurai and South Tamil Nadu is a big advantage
Excellent Tamil and valuable English, with a confident, qualified presence
Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with daily travel
Two-wheeler and valid licence preferred
