Manage collection activities for assigned loan portfolios.
Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Conduct field visits to customers for collections and follow-ups.
Maintain regular contact with borrowers to understand repayment issues and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Reduce portfolio delinquency and control non-performing assets (NPAs).
Negotiate repayment schedules with delinquent customers when required.
Coordinate with branch operations, credit, and sales teams for effective portfolio management.
Maintain accurate collection records and update collection systems regularly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
Identify potential default accounts and initiate preventive collection actions.
Prepare collection reports and MIS for management review.
