Role: Operations Intern

Location: Lucknow / Nearby

Duration: 6 Months

Work Mode: Hybrid (Lucknow-based) / Remote (outside Lucknow)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Stipend: ₹5,000/month

About the Role

ScaleOn Consulting is looking for a proactive Operations Intern to work closely with the Founder and project teams across planning, tracking, documentation and client coordination. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how a consulting business runs behind the scenes, and who is excited about using AI tools to work smarter.

What You’ll Do
Manage daily task tracking, follow-ups and status updates
Build and maintain Google Sheets trackers for delivery, reporting and outreach
Coordinate schedules, meeting notes, action items and deadlines with the Founder and teams
Turn messy inputs into SOPs, checklists, templates and workflows
Support client documentation, proposal coordination and timeline management
Maintain folder structures, file naming systems and lead/CRM trackers
Use AI tools to speed up documentation,



summaries and reporting
Visit client locations for audits, trainings and on-ground support when required

Who We’re Looking For
Organised, detail-oriented and valuable at following through on deadlines
Valuable spoken and written communication skills in English
Comfortable with Google Sheets and Docs
Genuinely interested in operations, process building and consulting
Familiar with AI tools, or excited to learn and use them
Currently based in Lucknow or nearby cities/areas, and comfortable with occasional client visits
Open to relocating to Lucknow after the internship, for a potential full-time role

Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We value initiative, ownership, learning ability and willingness to execute.

Growth Path

High-performing interns may be considered for a full time Operations role based in Lucknow after the internship, with growth in stipend/compensation based on performance.
