Vacancy: PPC Head

Industry: Hydraulic Cylinders / Automotive Components Manufacturing Experience: 10–15 years Job Responsibilities:
Plan and control production activities for CNC and VMC machine shops manufacturing hydraulic cylinder components.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per customer requirements.
Monitor machine loading, capacity utilization, cycle time, and production output.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
Ensure raw material, tooling, and component availability as per production schedules.
Monitor WIP, pending orders, rejection, and delivery performance.
Improve machine utilization, productivity, and on-time delivery.
Prepare daily production reports, MIS, and production planning schedules.




Coordinate machining operations for hydraulic cylinder components and ensure timely completion of orders.

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferred.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have experience in PPC and production planning for CNC & VMC machine shops.

Experience in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing is essential.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
