· Quantity estimation and quantity take-offs.
· Preparation and verification of BOQs.
· Contractor and subcontractor billing.
· Client billing and certification.
· Rate analysis and cost estimation.
· Material reconciliation.
· Verification of site measurements.
· Preparation of RA Bills and Final Bills.
· Cost monitoring and reporting.
· Coordination with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and accounts.
· Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
· Maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and confidentiality at all times.
· Work efficiently and contribute positively to the company’s goals.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Experience:
