Manage regional sales activities and daily operations.
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets and business growth.
Identify recent business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
Monitor project execution, installation, and service activities.
Coordinate with sales, project, service, and support teams.
Monitor regional performance, revenue, and operational efficiency.
Ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales and operations reports for management.
Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.
Manage regional resources and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in sales, operations, and team management, preferably in the solar industry.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
