This is an all-round marketing role, which includes branding, on-ground activations and being a SPOC for all key stakeholders of that region (doctors, center heads, regional heads, etc).

Key Responsibilities
Understanding the town, city & region in terms of competition, profiling of customers & potential business generation.
Linking that understanding to create the centres marketing and promotional plans.
Guide the brand and digital team with insights of the region and execute the activities.
Responsible for the OPD growth via consumer centric channels.
Work with the brand team for all media plans executed in the region, along with any unit launches.Implementing monthly marketing plans laid out – activations, health camps, health days promotions, etc.
Responsible for brand hygiene of every center.
Ensuring adherence to the brand guidelinesAchieving all marketing objectives within the budgeted cost.
Support cross functional teams in communication and marketing related work.
Vendor management
Managing Social media for the region – working with the agency, driving content and monthly calendars, co-ordinating video content development,



and campaign running

Responsibilities RMMs Can Independently execute

These are activities that fall under the RMM’s authority, as long as they are within brand guidelines & in line with region head priorities

BTL Activities & Camps :
Independently plan & execute local BTL activations and RWA activations.
Internal Branding / Brand Hygiene - Quarterly review : Launch of a recent centre + Hygiene maintenance
Video Shoots: Handle Doctor and all patient led video content development
Social Media Management : Manage respective state social handles end to end.

Secondary Responsibilities
Campaign support on ground / at units on execution + Health days campaign execution
Events & sponsorships on ground execution

Required Education: Graduation/ Post Graduation, preferably in Marketing

Experience : 8+ years of experience

Knowledge and Specific Skills:
Valuable communication in written and spoken English.
Excellent communication in written and spoken language(s) of the region
Ability to multitask, Positive understanding of business KPIs, Brand Acumen
