Understanding of web-based SOA architecture implementation experience is helpful.

On-demand or SaaS experience is a plus.

Proficient with UML and Design Patterns

Valuable understanding of BigData, Hadoop, MapReduce

Good understanding of RIA/Ajax frameworks

Valuable to Have: jaxb, castor, spring-ws, spring-security, annotations, jms, open source, SOA, SaaS
