We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Assistant to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain excellent store standards in our menswear retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Recommend suitable products and assist in purchase decisions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Promote upselling and cross-selling to improve sales performance.
Handle billing and maintain accurate sales transactions.
Support stock replenishment and inventory management.
Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain store cleanliness.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification is Plus Two or Degree.
0–3 years of experience in sales or retail; freshers can apply.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn billing and inventory operations.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and target-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full time Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000+ Incentives

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
