Process engineer - NPD

As an NPD Engineer at Sansera Engineering, you will play a crucial role in the development and launch of new products. You will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of product development, from concept to production. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Cycle time Reduction to increase productivity.
Time & Method Study.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the technical and commercial viability of new product concepts.
Create and execute engineering validation plans, including prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
Support the transition of current products from development to production, working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure a smooth and effective handover.
Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and current technologies to continually improve product development processes.
