Experience: 5 Years in Commercial Building Projects
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor commercial construction projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
Review civil and structural drawings and coordinate with MEP teams.
Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractor activities.
Ensure quality standards and site safety compliance.
Monitor BOQ, quantity estimation, material consumption, and project expenses.
Prepare progress reports and coordinate site inspections.
Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely completion and handover of the project.
Perks & Allowances: Transportation and accommodation allowances will be provided by the company as per company policy.
Pay: ₹239,000.00 - ₹805,000.00 per year
