Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize molding processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Conduct process trials and experiments to validate new materials and methods.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Design and review tooling and fixtures to ensure they meet production requirements.
Provide technical support and training to production staff on molding processes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Tools Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in molding processes, including injection molding
Knowledge in CAD software for tool design and simulation (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
Knowledge of quality control methodologies and data analysis tools.
Knowledge in molding simulation software

Part commonisation & Poke-yoke requirement during process development
Part list & Process Flow chart preparation.
PFMEA Preparation
PPAP Documentation
DFM analysis & Asembly machine,facility & tools selection
Current product Establishment & process establishment
