Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently
Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
Facilitate the implementation of project plans, coordinate activities, and ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables to stakeholders.
Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective measures to keep the project on track and within scope.
Validate Project outcome along with stakeholders.

6.Closely look at the saving target defined by stakeholders and re-validate Plan Vs Actual saving monthwise.

7.Conclude the project activities, assess project performance,



and generate a project closure report to document achievements, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects
