Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Fixed Deposits (FD), SIPs, Mutual Funds, and Insurance products.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment solutions.
Generate leads through existing customers, referrals, and business networks.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
Assist customers with account opening, investment documentation, and policy issuance.
Cross-sell financial products including vehicle insurance, life insurance, and health insurance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Conduct customer meetings, awareness sessions, and follow-ups for business generation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate
Relavent experience in cross selling
Willing to travel
