Department: Project Management / Engineering

Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related engineering discipline

Preferred Industry: Medical Devices, Medical Assembly Automation, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Industrial Automation, and Injection Moulding

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Develop and track project schedules using MS Project.
Manage automated and semi-automated assembly lines, robotics, machine design, inspection systems, testing equipment and line integration.
Handle mould development, injection moulding trials, sampling, process optimization and approvals.




Ensure compliance with applicable medical device quality and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project budgets, costs, risks, milestones and project performance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, international stakeholders and management.
Prepare project reports, dashboards and status updates using ERP systems and other project management tools.

Preferred Skills
Solid project planning, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, ERP systems and project dashboards.
Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
