Milk Procurement: Achieve targeted quantity and quality of milk collection at optimum cost within the assigned area.
Farmer Base Retention: Retain, strengthen, and expand the farmer network; add new farmers to the system.
TMCC Installation: Set up and manage village-level TMCCs with a minimum of 15–20 farmers; monitor asset usage, weekly cleaning, and documentation.
Agent Development: Recruit and onboard new agents; recover assets from inactive centres/agents.
Farmer Support: Identify loyal farmers for bank loans/advances; promote welfare initiatives such as insurance and health camps.
Agro Services Promotion: Drive adoption of cattle feed, mineral mixtures, fodder cultivation, and other agro-based services.
Transport Optimization: Manage and optimize milk transport operations, ensuring effective vehicle scheduling, reduced reception time, and maximum utilization of cans and vehicles.
Expansion Initiatives: Identify new centres, agents,



and farmers for farming concepts and quality milk procurement.
