R&D; Engineer
Product Integration & Validation:
Test and validate newly developed products in customer-like settings.
Collaborate with customers, field engineers, and support teams to gather feedback on product performance and usability.
Technical Support for Adoption:
Provide technical support during pilot implementations and early-stage deployments.
Work with customer-facing teams to resolve adoption-related issues.
Documentation & Training:
Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Deliver internal and external training to enable effective product use.
Feedback Loop to R&D;:
Communicate real-world insights, bugs, and enhancement suggestions to R&D.;
Influence product roadmaps based on field feedback and adoption data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on product positioning and use cases.




Participate in go-to-market strategies and launch readiness initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify barriers to adoption and propose product or process improvements.
Support the development of best practices and adoption toolkits.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in R&D;, product engineering, or technical support roles.
Solid understanding of the product lifecycle, from development to deployment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Hands-on experience with testing, validation, and customer interaction.
