Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator with 2 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a customer-focused approach to support sales operations and maintain effective client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales activities and follow up on pending leads and client inquiries.
Handle customer communications through calls, emails, and other channels.
Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales orders, and transactions.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations and service delivery.




Schedule client meetings, manage appointments, and maintain sales records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Robust organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Valuable customer-handling, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
Qualified attitude with attention to detail.
