Responsible for the existing business & ensure that same business is generated from the clients.
A proper channel of communication between client & supply chain team.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy & timelines.
Payments follow up with clients.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays in order or any kind of information which needs to be shared with client.
Production and shipment planning for all the ongoing orders with Supply chain and logistics team
Collaborating with other related departments to ensure sales & marketing are handed efficiently.
Discussion with client about the new product development
Developing & maintaining filing system to maintain sales records, preparation of reports.
Working in Exports department is must.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to multitask, work in fast paced setting & meet deadlines.
Maintaining MIS reports of all orders placed.
Proficient excel skills are required.
