Job Summary

Green Properties is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Marketing Executive to promote property projects, generate qualified leads, develop customer relationships, and drive property sales through online platforms, direct marketing, and field activities.

Key Responsibilities
Promote company properties and projects through online platforms, social media, property portals, and direct marketing activities.
Identify potential buyers, generate leads, and follow up with prospective customers to develop sales opportunities.
Conduct field visits, meet prospective customers, and arrange property site visits to explain project features, pricing, and advantages.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information about available properties.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, real estate agents, and channel partners.
Develop new customer networks through referrals, local market research, and promotional activities.




Coordinate with the sales team to negotiate with prospects, follow up on enquiries, and support successful sales closures.
Maintain customer databases, lead follow-up records, and daily marketing and sales reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify recent business opportunities.
Achieve assigned targets for lead generation, customer visits, and property sales.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Any degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or business development.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of online marketing platforms, social media, and lead generation.
Willingness to travel locally, conduct fieldwork, and meet customers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
