Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Pune and support our day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client payment follow-ups.
Manage cab-wise and vendor-wise payment records, including trip expenses, driver advances, CNG expenses, and monthly payouts.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, payment statements, and reconciliations.
Assist with GST returns, TDS, bank reconciliation, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with the operations team to verify expenses, trip records, and vendor statements.
Maintain accurate financial data in Tally and MS Excel.




Track outstanding payments and maintain proper records of pending receivables and payables.
Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and maintain supporting documentation.
Prepare periodic financial reports and assist the management with accounting-related requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
Positive analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Experience
Junior Accountant: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Senior Accountant: 3+ years of relevant experience, with practical knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and independent accounting operations.

Experience in the transportation, logistics, fleet management, or vendor-payment industry will be an added advantage.
