Role & Responsibilities
Industrial Valves, Valve Components, Castings, Forgings, Raw Materials and Bought-out Items Handle purchase.
Float enquiries, compare quotations, negotiate prices and release Purchase Orders.
Develop vendors and follow up for quality, delivery and documentation.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Design and Stores for material requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. Mechanical with 25 years of Purchase experience.
Candidates from Valve Manufacturing / Industrial Valve Purchase preferred.
Candidates who have handled Valve Procurement / Valve Buying in EPC, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharma or Process Industries are preferred.
Valuable knowledge of Valve Components, Castings, Forgings, Material Grades, BOM and Engineering Items.
Valuable negotiation, vendor development and ERP/Excel skills.
